Additionally, this may lead to you over eating after skipping meals. Therefore, it is important to eat on time and avoid skipping meals to sustain a healthier lifestyle.
Limit eating out: Not everyone loves cooking and not everyone can cook, so we love to go out to our favorite restaurants’ ever so often to have a great meal. However, eating out can have many negative impacts on your health especially if you’re on medications or suffer from a medical condition. Unless you know exactly what ingredients your chefs are using to prepare your meals, it is best to limit or avoid eating out. Some foods after being prepared are high in sodium, trans fat, cholesterol, sugars etc. which may contribute to high blood pressure, obesity, diabetes, heart disease or even cancer.
