The majority of persons eat too much and follow sedentary occupations which do not permit sufficient and proper exercise for utilization of this large quantity of food. This surplus overburdens the digestive and assimilative organs and clogs up the system with impurities or poisons. Digestion and elimination become slow and the functional activity of the whole system gets deranged. 

Drink Plenty of Water: There really isn’t enough that can be said about the importance of drinking water in an effort to reach your fitness goals. Water hydrates the body first and foremost but water is also an important way of tricking your body into believing it is full. Other drinks do not work nearly as well as water in this endeavor and many drinks, even fruit juices, contain empty calories that you can ill afford when dieting.  Another great thing about drinking a lot of water while dieting is that it helps your skin retain its elasticity so you can avoid some of the ‘loose skin’ look that often accompanies massive weight loss. As an added bonus drinking plenty of water will have your skin looking radiant and beautiful as well. 

Brush your teeth before bed: It is important to brush your teeth before bed to prevent the build up of plaque, gingivitis and tooth decay. A substitute can be mouth wash which helps kills germs and bad breath. It is important to avoid going to sleep without brushing your teeth. 

Consume lots of vegetables: This is cliché! Among all the different health tips available; this is the most important. We all know vegetables are good for you; yet still many people find it difficult to get the necessary amount of vegetable needed on a daily basis. Broccoli, spinach, carrots and lettuce are great sources of vitamins and minerals to help the body fight diseases and build strong bones. 

Limit sugary foods: Sugary foods are the main contributor to obesity, diabetes, cancer and many other negative health conditions. If you’re seeking to lose weight, it is important to avoid snacking or consuming foods high in sugars. Detox regularly: One of our best health tips! I try to detox my full body every 3 months to cleanse from all the toxins and waste material that typically gets stored. Unfortunately, many people never really take the time to detoxify their body. Detox helps you lose weight, relief from constipation, removal of waste and bad toxins from the body along with raised energy. If you buy a car and drive it without ever cleaning it; you and i can both admit it will be very dirty within 1 year. Now imagine your body. Detox helps improve overall health to include enhance brain function and removal of lag. 

Avoid skipping meals: Many people when trying to lose weight think by limiting skipping meals will help them to get faster results. While this is the total opposite. Whenever you skip meals, your body goes into starvation mode triggering different hormones which help to slow down your metabolism to prevent you from dying. This is a biological process which has helped our ancestors many thousands of years ago when they had to travel several hundreds of miles without food. This occurs naturally to prevent your body from burning up too much calories and fats just in case you never get any food for another 2-5 days. But you’re thinking, “If I skip either breakfast, lunch or dinner I’ll consume fewer calories and gain less weight” When it’s the total opposite. Additionally, this may lead to you over eating after skipping meals. Therefore, it is important to eat on time and avoid skipping meals to sustain a healthier lifestyle.  

Limit eating out: Not everyone loves cooking and not everyone can cook, so we love to go out to our favorite restaurants’ ever so often to have a great meal. However, eating out can have many negative impacts on your health especially if you’re on medications or suffer from a medical condition. Unless you know exactly what ingredients your chefs are using to prepare your meals, it is best to limit or avoid eating out. Some foods after being prepared are high in sodium, trans fat, cholesterol, sugars etc. which may contribute to high blood pressure, obesity, diabetes, heart disease or even cancer. Since most of these foods sold in restaurants does not come with a nutrition facts label; its generally hard to determine how much of each nutrient you will be getting likewise track your calories. All in all, it is best to prepare your own meals so you know adequately what you are putting in so you can manage your daily nutritional intake. 

Exercise regularly: We all know this one yet many of us prefer sitting on the couch watching TV or posting on social media all day instead of exercising for 15 minutes per day. For me personally, exercising frequently can be very annoying at times and I feel so relaxed and comfortable that I don’t even feel the motivation to move a finger. But I love the many complements I get on how amazing my body looks and I dislike whenever I gain a little weight and my abs are no longer on fleek. So I gotta do what I gotta do. The health benefits aren’t too much of a priority because it’s all part of the package. My main focus though is just to look good. That’s how I get to accomplish my daily exercise workouts. If you’re like me, find a reason to push yourself and go out and exercise daily. This helps to rid your body of bad toxins and other waste material through sweating, reduce weight, stress, depression likewise prevent the possibilities of many sicknesses and diseases. If you haven’t started exercising yet, start now and you’ll thank me later.  

Play sports: If you dislike exercising, a fun active sport will help you burn calories and lose weight. When I say sports, this does not mean thumb wrestling. Sports such as soccer, tennis swimming or cycling are great for pushing your body.  They offer cardio which is the hearts most friendly exercise likewise working your different muscle groups through running, jumping etc.  Optimize your lifestyle with this awesome h

Avoid fast and deep fried foods: Deep fried foods are usually the main contributor to high cholesterol and obesity. French fries and fry chicken; one of the most popular fast food is known to contribute to clogged arteries and heart diseases. Instead, substitute these for fresh fruits and vegetables. Fried foods are typically empty calories which means you get hungry quickly. 

Eat lots of fruits: These are available in lots of different shapes, colors and sizes. Fruits are known to provide many health benefits to include fighting cancer, lowering blood pressure, sugar and cholesterol levels along with enhanced energy. They provide little to no calories, does not make you get fat but helps you lose weight and protects the body by boosting the immune system. Consider adding fruits to your list of health tips you perform daily. This can be done by juicing, eating or even cooking and baking them. 

Limit alcoholic beverages: Alcohol is known to cause many damaging effects to the body. These include weaken immune system, drowsiness, blurred speech, high blood pressure or stroke to name a few. This can be burdensome, watching everything you eat while counting the numbers but it helps you keep track of what you actually consume.
